I think it will be a good idea to have just a neck and not a full giraffe costume. I will start to experiment with ways of making this.
I also thought about having just a hat for the giraffe. This relates to my Fourth Plinth project and Stephen Jones. Very simple designs. I don't think this is exciting enough for children though but would look more into this if I was looking at an adult performance.
