Egon Schiele and Quentin Blake

I am looking into Egon Schiele's work because his work was created into a show and his drawings were turned into costumes. I am wanting to look at pictures of Fantastic Mr Fox and see how I can turn the drawings into costumes.

When I researched into him before.

A bit about Christian Tagliavini

I published a post about Christian Tagliavini's 'Dame di Cartone' but wanted to find out more about him. Well this is what I found out.

Bio
Swiss-Italian, born in 1971, educated in Italy and Switzerland, where he lives and works as an graphic designer and a photographer.
This provides him the perfect frame and background to invent, create and totally produce images that blend fine arts and craftsmanship.
No, not simply images, as Christian Tagliavini loves designing stories with open endings (requiring observer’s complicity) on unexplored themes or unusual concepts, featuring uncommon people with their lives and their thoughts made visible. This rich and exciting collision of circumstances results in photos as a final product.

I really like Christian Tagliavini's work. To say he is a graphic designer and a photographer, he has some very interesting work that relates to costume and set design.

Cardboard Ladies

Dame di Cartone, Cardboard Ladies, is a series of portraits where women mimic 17th Century, cubist, and fifties fashions - only they’re wearing dresses made of cardboard and paper instead of fabric! Swiss-Italian photographer Christian Tagliavini takes complete control of the entire creative process, including making the patterns, constructing the outfits, and photographing the subjects. He aims to invent, create, and ultimately produce innovative images that blend fine art and craftsmanship. Just looking at the details, you can see what a labor of love his method truly is.
I want to look at more into this artist and find out more for my FMP.

Looking further at the source I found this it has some really interesting art work and designs. Take a look.
