I started thinking about what I could make a dove out of that was light and was like feathers. I typed paper dove in Google and had a search suggestion came up with making this.
I think I will use the tails of these but find another fabric.
This will be good for the tail feather of the dove.
If there was a hole punch that would create holes like a doillie in this fabric to make it water proof.
