The Grand High Witch Costume Ideas

For this dress I have taken inspiration from 'Romantic Nationalism' dress on Alexander Mcqueen Savage Beauty post. For this dress I would look at using felt and dying fabric. This is related to Horst's work I looked at him during the Architecture project.

This dress is black velvet and have an applique pattern. The dress is inspired by Narnia dresses (1st, 3rd and 5th picture) The reason the top of the dress comes off the body and the shape of the dress is also inspired by the Narnia Witch dresses.

This dress is inspired by the fourth dress down. I wanted to create a dress that has bones either appliqued or machine embroided on and the bottom half is a grey skirt and then voil fabric over the top like the Alice in Wonderland dresses. (5th picture down)
